trito un po di gustirosmarino salvia aglio prezzemolo unisco sale e pepe, riempo quindi la trota la metto sulla carta d'alluminio con un goccio d'olio e intorno dei pezzetti di pomodoro
Inforna a 180 gradi per 20 minuti circa
